Mob scaling offset

    The biggest problem I have on my server is that I want players to find mostly level 1 mobs when first leaving spawn, I have it so they have to use /rtp to exit spawn as to not make the area around spawn messy. I tried just making the level of mob you see at the range of /rtp about the strength of normal mobs but at that point, it barely increases per level, at world border, it is not much stronger than a normal mob. I have searched all over for a way to fix this and have found nothing.

    TLDR: I want to be able to have it be level 1 mobs from 0, 0 to 2000, 2000 and from there +1 level every 100 blocks.
