Enter a brief description of what is broken Anvils break Artifacts items

What version of Minecraft are you using? 1.13.1

What server jar are you using? Spigot

What is this a bug report for? Artifacts

What version of the plugin are you using? 0.1.21

Describe the bug. Be as specific as possible, images or short gifs/videos are welcome but save configuration files for later sections. Write a whole paragraph if needed, help us bug testers replicate your issue!
One of my favorite features of Artifacts is that players can add enchantments to custom items, however, using an anvil to add enchantments breaks items with skills attached. When repaired or enchanted in an anvil, items will have their names changed from their set name in the config to the same name but with part of the formatting code before it. For example, the item in the example below is named "&fValkyrie Chestplate" in the config file, and displays as "Valkyrie Chestplate" in white. However, when put into an anvil, the repaired and/or enchanted item is renamed to "fValkyrie Chestplate" in white italics. Because the name does not match, the item's skills no longer work. This holds true even if the item has "Repairable: true" in the options.

Additionally, the Mending enchantment does not seem to work with the lore durability.

    Example Configurations
    Valkyrie_Chest:
    Id: iron_chestplate
    Display: '&fValkyrie Chestplate'
    Lore:
    - "&7Slows your descent."
    - ""
    - "&7Durability 820 / 820"
    Attributes:
    Chest:
    Armor: 7
    Options:
    Repairable: true
    RepairCost: 25
    Skills:
    - skill{s=Slow_Fall} @self ~onTimer:5

This has been one of my favourite feature/bug since mythicartifacts release, because it prevented my players to power up their items too much. If this gets fixed can you guys please add an option or something to keep this thing?
