Artifacts bug in minecraft 1.8

    I use

    Testing1:
    Id: 258
    Data: 0
    Amount: 1
    Display: 'Testing1'
    Enchantments:
    - KNOCKBACK:3
    Skills:
    - ignite{duration=200} @target ~onAttack

    then use /mm r for active it but switch to hand still have effect ignite when i use hand to hit mob.

    This item will work if i use /mm r but i still can use this skill when i use other item while i have testing1 item in my inventory
